What You’ll Be Working Towards
- Creating responsible for the design, implementation and customisation of the different modules
- Creating development guidelines, upgrades and implementing integrations
- Working with 3rd party vendors and suppliers
- Defining ServiceNow interfaces and API related requirements
- Providing support and input to the architecture of the programme
- Have knowledge on SAP would be beneficial
- Remediating any issues to align to best practices
About You
- 5+ years of related experience with Servicenow
- Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities
